Kitchen closes 45 minutes before the door. Walk-ins are kept for the counter, six seats, first come.

Fig & Salt opened in 2019 in a former print shop on Water Street. Everything is cooked over wood, the menu is written the morning it is served, and the wine list is short on purpose.

We work with four farms, one boat and a forager. When something runs out, it comes off the board.
